Westwood will be a multiple stage development on a scale rarely seen in New Zealand. Incorporating architecturally designed townhouses and apartments in a range of typologies, as well as extensive landscaped gardens and shared spaces. The entire project will be guided by a comprehensive master plan that brings the vision to life. We have assembled a highly experienced, highly collaborative project team who we can trust to deliver on the promise of what Westwood can be. Each organisation has a reputation for high quality work and we’re excited about what we will be building together as we roll out the master plan.

We are currently working with the urban planners and architects on lodging resource consent for Stage One of the development. It is an exciting mix of 2 and 3 bedroom modern urban townhouses and luxury apartments in a range of different typologies. We are currently open to enquiries about the residences in Stage One that are being developed and which will begin to be sold off the plans in mid 2019. When sales launch we will also provide a detailed breakdown of the options and amenities that Stage One offers for prospective buyers.
